What TraderBadge Is

TraderBadge is a market-information, analytics, education, and community platform for futures traders. It provides the Market Intelligence Terminal, daily market-structure roadmaps, and a private community. TraderBadge is not a broker, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, investment adviser, or fiduciary. See the Risk Disclosure for the full disclosure of what TraderBadge does and does not do.

No Personalized Advice

Nothing on TraderBadge — market levels, scenarios, classifications, auction states, historical observations, macro information, COT data, positioning, seasonality, sentiment, statistics, or community content — constitutes personalized investment, trading, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, offer, or instruction to buy, sell, enter, exit, or hold any financial instrument.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, position sizing, risk management, and all resulting profits, losses, costs, taxes, and margin obligations. TraderBadge does not execute trades, hold customer funds, maintain brokerage accounts, or exercise discretionary authority over your accounts.

Community Content

Community members speak for themselves. Their comments, trades, screenshots, opinions, strategies, and results are not recommendations or endorsements by TraderBadge. See the Community Rules for what is and is not permitted in the TraderBadge community.

Acceptable Use

You may not use TraderBadge to solicit customers, manage another person's trading account, collect trading funds, guarantee returns, impersonate a financial professional, or operate an unauthorized commercial signal, copy-trading, account-management, or investment-advisory service.

Changes to These Terms

TraderBadge may update these Terms of Use, the Risk Disclosure, or the Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may require you to re-accept the updated documents before continuing to use the service.

This is a working terms-of-use framework, not a final, attorney-reviewed legal document. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before commercial launch.
